Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more then 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any refund request for items that are the wrong size or buyers remorse must be made within 7 days of the item being received. Any items sold through our site by other artists/companies shall be handled under the same policy unless otherwise noted in the product description and here. We also reserve the right to issue a refund outside of our normal return policy with no obligation to do so in the future.
